Vegetable Curry made with a selection of chopped fresh organic tomatoes,
onions, red peppers, artichokes, curry powder, garlic and olive oil. Method:
Chop all the ingredients, mince the garlic. Cook the garlic in the olive
oil, stir in the curry powder (to taste), then add the vegetables. Allow
to cook gently until the vegetables are tender.
Continue
