Who is the Medifast Diet Program Designed ForThe very-low-calorie diet program is restricted to mature patients with a Body Mass Index of 30+. Patients who are pregnant, lactating or who have certain conditions (eg. angina cancer, diabetes, renal disease, or bulimia) are not admissable.
